According to the latest NEC lawsuit update, a federal judge approved a plaintiff’s attempt to get punitive damages from Abbott Laboratories. That means the plaintiff could show conclusive proof of the association between baby food products and NEC and claim compensation.

Allergens and Sensitivities

Babies’ immune systems are still developing, making them more susceptible to allergies and sensitivities. Some commercial baby foods contain common allergens like milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
